Welcome to Huntbidy. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Platform Role
Huntbidy is an introduction platform that connects employers with headhunters. Huntbidy's role is limited to facilitating introductions between the two parties. Huntbidy is not a party to any agreement, contract, or financial transaction between employers and headhunters. All legal obligations, disputes, and payment arrangements are solely between the employer and the headhunter. Users must provide accurate information and maintain professional conduct.
2. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Each user may only operate one account.
3. Bidding & Platform Fee
Headhunters bid on jobs with their fee percentage (1-30%). This fee is agreed between the headhunter and employer when the bid is placed. Upon successful hire, Huntbidy collects the full placement fee from the employer and deducts a 30% platform success fee. The remaining 70% net payout is disbursed to the headhunter's registered IBAN within 30 days of Huntbidy receiving confirmed payment from the employer, after the candidate completes the probation period.
4. Payment Terms
All placement fees are paid exclusively to Huntbidy for Talent Acquisition. Huntbidy collects the full placement fee from the employer and distributes the headhunter's net share after deducting the applicable 30% platform success fee. Employers must transfer the full placement fee to Huntbidy's registered bank account (IBAN: SA3480000527608016134920, Al Rajhi Bank, Huntbidy for Talent Acquisition) or via the Platform's integrated Tap card payment facility. The placement fee becomes payable ninety (90) calendar days after the employer formally confirms the candidate's successful probation completion through the Platform. Upon confirmed receipt from the employer, Huntbidy will disburse the headhunter's 70% net payout to their registered IBAN within thirty (30) calendar days. In the event of employer payment delay, Huntbidy will actively follow up with the employer to expedite collection and protect the headhunter's entitlement. Headhunters acknowledge and accept that their net payout is contingent on Huntbidy successfully collecting from the employer. Neither party may conduct direct financial transactions for placement fees outside of this Platform — all such payments must flow through Huntbidy. Huntbidy reserves the right to request any financial, licensing, or compliance documentation from either party at any time for payment processing, vendor registration, or regulatory compliance purposes. Failure to comply may result in suspension of Platform access and/or withholding of disbursements.
5. Platform Access & Pricing
Employers can post jobs for free. Headhunters access the platform under one of three plans: (1) Basic — free, allows up to 3 active bids at any time; (2) Bid Credits — pay-per-bid packs (1 credit: 99 SAR, 5 credits: 399 SAR, 25 credits: 999 SAR), where each credit allows one additional bid beyond the free limit and credits never expire; (3) Premium — 1,499 SAR per month, unlimited active bids, golden badge on profile, and priority visibility in employer listings. Upon confirmed hire, Huntbidy collects the full placement fee from the employer and pays headhunters their 70% net payout after deducting the 30% platform success fee.
6. Data Protection & Privacy (PDPL Compliance)
We process and protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree M/19) and its Implementing Regulations. By using our platform, you acknowledge that we collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We obtain your explicit consent before processing sensitive data (Article 11). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data (Articles 5-8). We will respond to data subject requests within 30 days as required by Article 3 of the Implementing Regulations.
7. Consent & Data Processing
By creating an account, you provide your consent for us to process your personal data for the purpose of providing recruitment marketplace services. This consent is given freely and for specific, clearly defined purposes in accordance with Article 11 of the Implementing Regulations. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Independent consent will be obtained for each distinct processing purpose.
8. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach as defined in the Implementing Regulations, we will notify the competent authority within 72 hours. If the breach poses a serious risk to your rights, we will notify you promptly with details of the breach and measures taken, including contact details for further information.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts.
10. Post-Probation Candidate Liability
A headhunter's obligations are considered fully discharged once the placed candidate successfully completes the agreed probation period. The headhunter shall not be held liable or responsible for a candidate who voluntarily resigns, is terminated, or otherwise departs from the employer after the probation period has ended. The headhunter is under no obligation to provide a replacement candidate after the probation period ends unless a separate written agreement to that effect has been signed between the employer and the headhunter. Any such replacement commitment, retention guarantee, or continued warranty must be expressly agreed in writing between the parties and does not form part of the standard platform terms. Huntbidy shall bear no responsibility for enforcing or mediating any such additional arrangement.
